Celebrate 150! Evening Extravaganza
The Evening Extravaganza will bring together music, melodies and memories with a variety of local organizations with dance and musical performances. KMBC Channel 9 Meteorologist Erin Little, a Lee’s Summit native, will be on hand to entertain the crowd. The Trumpet Fanfare will offer its musical manner and local celebrities Matt Lewis and Drew Six will also be performing!
A fireworks show will dazzle and delight the crowd as Lee’s Summit continues to celebrate being Truly 150 years old!
We need a few adult volunteers to make sure the evening goes smoothly! We will feature VIP parking to help our performers get easy access to post adult volunteers at the street and at the immediate entrance to the fenced parking lot. Signs will let people know that these are VIP Only Entrances. You will need to be in place by 5:30, wrapping up in time to see the show at 7:30.
